Ai Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist Needed (Remote)

We are building an AI-powered SaaS startup focused on customer intelligence, automation, reputation management, and growth insights for businesses. We are looking for a highly skilled growth-focused marketer who can help drive leads, customers, and brand growth. We need someone who can: Run and optimize Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads; Generate quality leads and customers; Improve conversion rates and campaign performance; Create and test ad creatives and audiences; Help grow social media presence; Support content marketing and engagement; Track campaign analytics, cpl, cac, and roas; suggest new ideas to improve growth and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include: Manage paid advertising campaigns; Lead generation and customer acquisition; Social media growth and coordination; Marketing strategy support; Audience targeting and retargeting; Performance reporting and optimization; AI-assisted marketing workflows using ChatGPT or similar tools. Requirements for this role are: Proven experience running successful ad campaigns; Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager; Strong understanding of performance marketing; Experience generating leads and sales; Strong communication skills; Organized and proactive; Startup mindset; Comfortable working remotely. Bonus skills include: SaaS marketing experience; AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools); Canva or video editing experience; Funnel and landing page optimization; LinkedIn or outbound marketing experience.
