We are looking for 2 Virtual Assistants to join our Back Office team (Canary Islands time zone, GMT+1 – Daylight Saving Time), with immediate availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.

The role involves guest communication, operational coordination, and remote support for the Front Office team.
We offer a 1-month trial period (USD 5/hour) with the possibility of long-term collaboration.

Project overview

Start: Immediate Time zone: Canary Islands (GMT+1 – Daylight Saving Time) Location requirement: Only candidates from Latin America (LATAM) who can adapt to the Canary Islands time zone. Modality: 100% remote Rate: USD 5 per hour Rotating shifts in October (subject to change in November): 03:00 – 11:00 19:00 – 03:00 🎯 Role Description The Back Office team centralizes communication with guests, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring 24/7 continuous, efficient, and empathetic support. Your mission will be to maintain operational coordination and guest experience quality, working remotely alongside the Front Office and other departments. 🔧 Main Responsibilities Respond to messages via WhatsApp Business, Booking, email, and phone. Resolve guest inquiries related to access, reservations, payments, or incidents. Prepare and send daily reports (Housekeeping, check-ins/check-outs). Log incidents and updates in internal systems and control sheets. Maintain clear communication with Front Office, Reservations, and housekeeping/maintenance teams. Leave detailed end-of-shift reports to ensure operational continuity. ⚙️ Mandatory Requirements Residence in LATAM, with full adaptability to Canary Islands time zone (GMT+0). Immediate and full availability for rotating shifts. Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or remote support. Native Spanish and English Advanced Strong command of digital tools (Gmail, Excel, Mews, Keibell, or similar). Personal equipment and stable internet connection. Excellent self-management, communication, and accountability. 💡 We Especially Value Experience in digital hospitality and multichannel guest service.
