We are seeking a proactive and creative Growth, Marketing & Community Specialist to join TimeToBetter, a global platform connecting people with trusted professionals. This role is crucial for expanding our Spanish platform (
es.timetobetter.com) and driving engagement within our professional community. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads & Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking mechanisms, including Meta Pixel, GA4, and event tracking.
Instagram Content Creation:
- Develop engaging posts, compelling captions, and simple creative assets specifically for Instagram.
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant content.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and effectively addresses the needs of our target audience.
Website & Conversion Optimization:
- Analyze user behavior patterns and overall website performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement strategic enhancements to increase conversion rates across the platform.
- Optimize landing pages, Calls-to-Action (CTAs), and user journeys to maximize effectiveness.
Professional Communication & Support:
- Engage proactively with professionals joining the TimeToBetter platform.
- Conduct follow-ups on registrations and assist with the completion of professional profiles.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all new professionals.
Community & Operations:
- Efficiently handle incoming messages and inquiries from the community.
- Manage conversations and interactions between the platform and its professionals.
- Identify potential issues and propose effective solutions to enhance community satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Experience in creating engaging content, particularly for Instagram posts and captions.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in tools like GA4 being a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and meticulous attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with conversion tracking technologies (Pixel, GTM, Conversion API).
- Background working with marketplaces, SaaS products, or similar platforms.
- Basic design proficiency (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
