We are a U.S. Based home services company seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant based in Brazil to support our daily operations and client communication. This role is structured as a monthly project with defined responsibilities and includes a paid training period. Based on performance, reliability, and alignment, there is potential for this collaboration to continue long-term.
This is an independent contractor position. The selected professional must have or be willing to open a Brazilian PJ structure to invoice for services.
We are looking for an experienced professional, not an entry-level assistant. The ideal candidate communicates confidently in English, takes ownership of tasks, and operates with strong organization and attention to detail.
Project Responsibilities:
* Manage scheduling and calendar coordination.
* Handle client communication via email, crm, sms, and phone calls (all in english).
* Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Organize operational spreadsheets and reports, requiring strong Excel proficiency.
* Provide comprehensive administrative and workflow support.
* Assist with light content coordination, such as social media and blog posting.
* Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to improve productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
Requirements:
* Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Fluent Portuguese is required.
* Demonstrated strong Excel skills.
* Proven experience using CRM systems.
* Comfortable and proficient in handling professional client calls.
* Availability during U.S. Business hours.
* A quiet and professional home office setup, including a reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet connection.
* Comfortable integrating and using AI tools in daily workflow.
Compensation: Compensation:
Monthly project compensation of BRL 4,000.
