We are Bellarosa, a dynamic and growing company looking for a dedicated and meticulous Full-Time Accountant to take complete charge of our financial record-keeping. You will be the cornerstone of our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all our accounting data.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership of processes and contributing to the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and record all accounts payable (outcomes) and accounts receivable (incomes) accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain our general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on payments.
Process expense reports and manage vendor payments.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Help ensure compliance with standard accounting principles and procedures.
Identify and implement improvements in our accounting processes for greater efficiency.
Collaborate with management to provide clear financial insights and support decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or Accountant.
Fully Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for working with numbers.
Proactive and self-motivated: We need a problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for a full-time remote position.
