Junior Real Estate Sales – Acquisitions Specialist (LatAm / EST Time Zone)
We are a family-oriented real estate investment firm based in Canada, operating actively in the Fort Worth/Tarrant County, Texas market. We are looking for a driven and committed Junior Salesperson to join our team and grow with us.
The Role:
- Reach out to sellers and agents from leads already generated in our system.
- Identify properties with negotiation potential through consultative conversations with owners.
- Build trust-based relationships and gather essential property information.
- Maintain and update records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1–2 years in consultative sales or phone-based outreach for the US real estate market.
- Location: South or Latin America (must be within 1–2 hours of EST).
- Language: Native-level or highly fluent English with a professional phone presence.
- Mindset: Solution-oriented, with a focus on creating agreements that work for both parties.
- Tech: Familiarity with GHL, Google Workspace, and X-Leads is a major plus.
