We're looking for a highly organised and bilingual (English & French) remote assistant to join our growing ski accommodation business. This is a long-term freelance role with potential for growth. You'll begin with administrative tasks and gradually take on more responsibilities in customer service, sales, and partner coordination.
Your main tasks will include:
Uploading property listings on our WordPress sites
Entering data into our CRM and shared spreadsheets
Updating pricing, availability, and seasonal information
Translating content from English to French (property descriptions, offers, website pages)
Responding to client enquiries using templates and personalised messages
Collecting client preferences and sending tailored property suggestions
Assisting with booking confirmations and promoting extras like ski hire and transfers
Coordinating with local partners and helping ensure smooth guest check-ins
What we're looking for:
Fluent English and French, both spoken and written
Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication
Confident and professional phone manner in English
Comfortable with tools like spreadsheets, email, and online forms
Able to work independently, follow processes, and manage your time
A stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Weekend availability (working during French business hours: approx. 9am–7pm CET)
Bonus if you have:
Experience with WordPress, CRMs, or the holiday rental industry
A background in sales, tourism, or customer service
Familiarity with Google Drive or Zoho
