Seeking a Top 1% Marketing Specialist for Part-Time Digital Strategy and Execution

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist
(Part-Time – 30 hours per month | PJ | 100% Remote)

We are scaling rapidly and require an elite execution specialist to drive high-impact digital growth.

Your responsibilities (30 hours per month):
•  Create and schedule multi-platform content using Metricool (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile)
•  Produce high-converting creative assets: Canva designs, Reels (CapCut), ad visuals, thumbnails
•  Master SEO: keyword strategy (Ubersuggest), on-page optimization, Google Search Console tracking
•  Implement full ad tech setup: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, domain verification
•  Deliver account excellence: weekly Google Sheets reports, Slack/email updates, client call preparation, direct message management
•  Build email campaigns: custom templates and automated sequences (Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign)
•  Lead website content: blog publishing, call-to-action optimization, updates (WordPress/Webflow)
•  Manage Gohighlevel workflows: funnels, crm automation, sms/email nurturing, lead tracking
•  provide weekly performance dashboard + 15-minute slack sync with CEO

Must have:
•  4.9+ rating on freelance platforms
•  50+ completed marketing projects
•  Proven portfolio showing content, SEO results, pixel implementations, Metricool workflows, email funnels, website updates, GoHighLevel builds
•  GoHighLevel Expert + Metricool, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva Pro, Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign
•  Fluent in English + Arabic, French, Spanish, or Portuguese
•  Creative agency background
•  2+ years in ad tech, client account handling, email marketing, CMS management, GoHighLevel automation

We provide:
