We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer who is a native Spanish speaker to join our team. This role is crucial for our hiring pipeline and involves direct participation in client-facing development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in technical interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to client-facing development projects using modern tech stacks.
- Participate in and conduct technical interviews for new hires.
- Successfully navigate client interviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate effectively with international teams.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong coding background in modern development environments; no reliance on no-code/low-code platforms.
- Native Spanish speaker with C1 or C2 level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated experience in participating in and conducting technical interviews.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with U.S. Or other international clients.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in full-stack, backend, or frontend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and developing scalable applications.
- Comfort with live technical discussions and pair programming sessions.
