Bilingual, knowdlege of the listing and closing process in mexico, able to assist 5 top producers, tasks: - oversee the entire transaction listing process and pensings, from contract to closing.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Track and meet all critical deadlines and contingencies.
- Maintain detailed records of each transaction in the CRM system.
Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions.
- Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments.
Compliance:
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review contracts and disclosures to verify accuracy and completeness.
Support:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed.
- Assist with listing management, including MLS entries
- Oversee the closing process
