join our team as a bilingual sales operator and contribute to the success of our company. We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. You must have experience in sales in a call center-type role and with CRMs.

Functions and responsibilities:

Transfer information from individuals contacted through social media (leads) to a management system.
Measure the level of interest of said Leads in our services through digital means and phone calls.
Make calls, send emails, and text messages to individuals interested in our services.

Set/Coordinate appointments.
Present KPI reports that impact our growth.
Conduct frequent follow-ups with clients.
Provide commercial and sales support to the entire team.
Execute supportive and administrative activities as necessary.
Perform other useful functions in relation to the needs of the company, members, and partners.

Essential Requirement: Advanced English Proficiency, especially in conversation
The ability to maintain effective conversations in English is a fundamental requirement for this position. We are looking for a high level of competence in conversational and written English. If you do not meet this requirement, unfortunately, your application cannot be considered. A portion of the interview will be verbal.

Required Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish.
Fluency in English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field.
Proficiency in CRM management (including Wix).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Adequate space for a home office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extreme organization skills and analytical abilities.
Effective email follow-up.
