Easy Virtual Assistant Staffing Agency is a dynamic and innovative real estate agency based in Florida, United States, dedicated to providing exceptional virtual assistant service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish-English Speaking) Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. Ideally, individuals from Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Chile, and Paraguay.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess experience in at least one of the basic real estate virtual assistant tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold-Calling and Appointment Setting:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate the agency's services.

2. Lead Generation and Marketing:
- Utilize various platforms to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to promote property listings and agency services.

3. Email and Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage and organize email correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings using shared calendars.

4. Social Media and Event Management:
- Maintain and update social media profiles with relevant content.
- Assist in planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events to boost the agency's online presence.

5. Transaction Management:
- Support real estate transactions by coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately filed and maintained.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage client databases and update information regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:
1. Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
2. Have at least one basic experience in cold-calling, lead generation, and marketing.
3. Proficient in email and calendar management.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and event coordination.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Ability to adapt and learn new skills related to real estate virtual assistance.

Software Skills:
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is essential.

Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
- USB Headset (preferred with noise cancellation feature).
- Availability during business hours for making calls and scheduling appointments.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
