We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Operations Coordinator to manage daily bookings, coordinate service assignments, and ensure the smooth execution of all operational activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can act as the central point of coordination between our customers and service providers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and managing all incoming bookings efficiently.
- Assigning jobs to service providers based on their availability and capacity.
- Confirming schedules with both customers and service teams to ensure alignment.
- Handling rescheduling requests and cancellations promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining an accurate daily tracking sheet, utilizing tools like Google Sheets.
- Providing a comprehensive daily operations summary report to management.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
Requirements for this role:
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, both fast and clear, for interactions via WhatsApp and phone.
- Proficiency and comfort in using Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively without constant supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills to address operational challenges as they arise.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Malay is considered a significant advantage.

- Maintain a fast response time to all inquiries and operational needs.
- Ensure accurate job coordination, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
