We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across executive, administrative, and permitting functions. The ideal candidate will be based in Latin America, Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Handling city calls and managing permitting processes.
* Scheduling and coordinating inspections.
* Following up with subcontractors and external parties.
* Managing email correspondence and maintaining an organized inbox.
* Processing invoicing and basic financial record-keeping.
* Organizing and maintaining digital and physical documents.
* Updating and managing information within our CRM system.
* Performing basic customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
* Collecting testimonials and photos from clients for marketing and portfolio purposes.
This is an ongoing hourly position for a dedicated professional capable of managing diverse tasks efficiently and independently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
