We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our roofing company. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing various administrative and client-facing tasks, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Support: Assisting with lead qualification and initial outreach to potential clients.
Appointment Setting: Scheduling and confirming appointments for sales and estimates.
Customer Service: Providing excellent support to homeowners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
CRM Management: Maintaining and updating customer records and project statuses within our CRM system.
Xactimate Roofing Estimates: Preparing detailed roofing estimates using Xactimate software.
Insurance Company Roofing Supplement Negotiations: Handling negotiations with insurance companies for roofing supplements.
Homeowner Payment Collections: Assisting with the collection of outstanding payments from homeowners.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates must be proficient in using VoIP systems, specifically Dialpad, for communication. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in the roofing or construction industry, particularly with Xactimate, is highly valued.
