I’m a real estate investor focused on helping families—especially in the Hispanic community—buy homes through owner financing and creative real estate. I'm looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) virtual assistant to help me organize seller and buyer leads, send messages, and assist with basic follow-up and social media tasks.

This project will begin with 15-20 hours per week, with potential for long-term and full-time work as we grow.

Project overview

You’ll be helping me: Search for motivated sellers on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Propstream, MLS, etc. Add seller leads into a Google Sheet (I provide the template) Track conversations and follow-ups Send messages to potential sellers and respond to buyers in Spanish or English Use ChatGPT to help with message writing and simple research Support my mission to provide homes to underserved families using creative real estate tools I value communication, integrity, and purpose.
