We are seeking a highly organized and reliable freelance Virtual Assistant to support our property verification brand, Xiuhmol, based in Tulum, Mexico. This role is part-time, requiring approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, and will begin with a trial period to ensure a good fit. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Instagram content posting and story uploads.
*  Actively replying to direct messages (DMs) on Instagram.
*  Organizing and managing leads efficiently.
*  Performing various simple administrative tasks.
*  Coordinating basic content for social media.

Required Skills and Tools:
*  Strong organizational and time management abilities.
*  Proficiency with Instagram for business use.
*  Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
*  Experience with Google Sheets for data organization.
*  Effective communication skills, including managing interactions via WhatsApp.

Experience in social media support, virtual assistance, or the real estate sector is a significant advantage. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help streamline our online presence and administrative workflows.
