We require reliable, organized, and self-motivated team members to provide essential support in various areas, including operations, sales, marketing, lead generation, client onboarding, market research, client communication, and general administrative tasks. We are currently looking to fill several specialized roles: Onboarding Specialist (Spanish Bilingual): Responsible for guiding new clients through our onboarding processes, with a strong emphasis on supporting Spanish-speaking clients. Transaction Coordinator / Property Management Coordinator (Spanish Bilingual): Focused on coordinating real estate transactions and managing property-related communications, requiring proficiency in Spanish. Social Media Manager: Drive engagement and lead generation through strategic social media activities, including posting and interacting in Facebook groups. Fractional COO / Integrator: Oversee daily team operations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement systems for improved efficiency and growth. Revenue Manager / Sales Closer: Responsible for running sales calls and closing deals. SDR / Appointment Setter: Focus on booking appointments and generating qualified leads. Growth Marketing Operator: Execute marketing campaigns, create marketing assets, write compelling emails, and build effective landing pages. Data / Research Virtual Assistant: Build prospect lists, research decision-makers, and maintain accurate CRM records. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide daily updates, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines. We are looking for high-quality talent eager to grow with our team and contribute to our success through enhanced systems, effective lead generation, robust sales follow-up, seamless client onboarding, impactful marketing execution, and thorough data research.
