Client Growth Lead (Revenue Steward)
Full-Time · Remote · LATAM

We are a boutique consulting company that helps business owners grow with clarity, integrity, and principled decision-making. We are hiring a Client Growth Lead who will take ownership of our client pipeline and relationship flow.
This is a long-term role for someone who is consistent, responsible, loyal, and committed to doing meaningful work — not just chasing projects.
Your Responsibilities From Day 1
• Follow up with leads and maintain warm communication
• Schedule and run consultative sales conversations
• Close clients into ongoing service programs (no aggressive selling)
• Maintain CRM with accurate notes and follow-up tasks
• Provide weekly summaries and revenue pipeline updates
• Support a clear, calm, consistent client experience
This role is relationship stewardship, not hype or pressure.
What We’re Looking For
• Native Spanish speaker + strong spoken English (B2 or better)
• Warm, calm, humble communication style
• Responsible and dependable — shows up the same every day
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups and tasks
• Comfortable on voice/video calls
• Full-time availability (not working multiple clients)

Compensation
• Stable monthly base salary (paid twice monthly)
• Performance-based commissions for closed clients
