This is a small and fast-growing, customer focused ecommerce store (online only retail) selling sports recovery, injury prevention and treatment and sustainable training equipment.

The company is at the beginning of its journey and needs someone like you to take it to the next level and implement strong fundamentals.

Job overview
You’ll be responsible for customer service and product uploading.

As you learn, you’ll gradually be in charge of additional tasks and operations. We’ll train you on everything.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Customer service
Order management and fulfillment
Sales
Product research
Product uploading

Your primary role will be customer service. You’ll answer customer questions over the phone, chat, and email. You’ll give quotes, take and coordinate orders, solve shipping problems, update spreadsheets, communicate with potential and existing customers, communicate and collaborate with suppliers, etc.






Your secondary role will be product uploading. You’ll add new products to spreadsheets, extract relevant data and information about products and brands, structure and gather data for quick and intuitive usage for the team, build product pages and compelling offers, etc.

In the beginning, customer service and product uploading will respectivly take about 10% and 90% of your day. Customer service will gradually take most of your time as demand increases (mainly because of you!), and product uploading will take less and less of your time. This transition will most likely take months.

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from US $600-700/month. If you think you should be paid more, feel free to explain why in your cover letter.

The new candidate will also benefit from annual leave, paid vacation and incentive-based bonuses (after successfully going through new employee reviews over the first few months).

Additional details
*Required - internet: fast, stable connection that is not interrupted
Work environment: be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise - no coffee shops, television, phones ringing, children, dogs, distractions, etc.

Working hours
Full-time position (40 hours/week): working hours are monday through friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm US eastern time with a lunch break and paid rest breaks.
