I need a customer service agent that must have the ability to multi-task when need be, able to answer a multi-line phone system, assist customers by phone and in emails, respond to emails fast, etc. Customer service agent brief job description includes billing, processing payments, addressing past due accounts through to a collection agency, maintaining customer files from beginning to end, verifying paperwork, filing, etc.  Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role is very helpful.
Customer service agent must be familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. QuickBooks.
MS Office).
