We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Department Assistant to support our dynamic sales team. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including order processing, data entry, customer follow-ups, calendar management, and report generation.
-Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
-Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, quote creation, follow-ups and vendors order processing.
-Assist in preparing sample menus, estimates, and quotes for prospective clients.
-Conduct research on prospective customers, competitors, market trends, and more.
-Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of inquiries.
-Identify, follow up on, and help close potential sales leads.
-Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings and training sessions.
-Track and compile weekly sales reports for the Sales Coordinator and Operations team.
-Maintain and update CRM, client, and vendor databases accurately.
-Coordinate with the kitchen and logistic team to ensure client requests are met.
-Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the department.
- +2 years previous experience as a sales assistant, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
- Age between 30 – 55 years old.
- Bilingual: English (Advance) and Spanish (Advanced)
